I honor each client’s personal background to provide therapy that is informed and sensitive. I use an integrative approach, and I particularly resonate with the philosophies of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy. Together, we will challenge self-critical and negative beliefs, identify and define core values, and examine the life experiences that have led you to this place.
